He has held research appointments at the National Cancer Institute, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Institute for Creative Technologies, and the RAND Corporation, and is a co-founder of Yellowbrick, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations apply data-driven insights to talent development, engagement, retention, wellness, and belonging.
