Karen Hinds

Karen S. Hinds is a consultant, author of 4 books and Founder/CEO of Workplace Success Group. 
She writes a weekly business column for an international newspaper and appears as a guest on radio and television programs. Karen has been quoted in Black Enterprise Magazine and featured in the Boston Globe. She was nominated for the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and won the Micro to Millions business award in 2008.


Stanley Crump

Stanley E. Crump is a Managing Partner at Workplace Success Group. His expertise is in diversity, business leadership and organizational development. Stanley worked for IBM for over 20 years before joining Workplace Success Group .  In his many years as a professional speaker, Stanley has established a reputation for presenting material in an informative, practical and thought-provoking manner while motivating the audience to be reflective and inquisitive.  He has been well received nationwide, as well as in Europe, Central and South America and Canada.

Joan Chickvary-Cavanaugh- Trainer

Joan Cavanaugh is one of our leading team leaders for our golf networking program for professional women titled Golfing for Power and Profit. She is a businesswoman who has successfully married her love for business and her passion for golf to produce continued success. Joan is an avid golfer and founder of three LPGA USGA junior golf programs in Connecticut, New York City, and Lakeland, Florida.
 

Michelle Porchia

Michelle has been conducting seminars and workshops, working with people both in the public and private sector for over 25 years. As the corporate training manager for a major entertainment company, she coaches individuals and develops, implements and conducts seminars for managerial and professional staff. She has been featured in several issues of Cosmopolitan Magazine.

Dr. Lorna Thomas- Farquharson

Dr. Lorna Thomas-Farquharson is an experienced speaker and an expert on issues facing young people.  Over the past 7 years, Ms. Thomas has worked extensively with young people and especially young women of color around issues of business etiquette, self-esteem, body image and crisis management.

Sugeily Santos

Sugeily Santos is a licensed Guidance Counselor, School Adjustment Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Prior to working with the Boston Public School District, Sugeily worked with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Program assisting individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment. This included identifying job goals based on individual interest, educating employers about the American With Disabilities Act, or assisting individuals returning to work after a period of unemployment.
