How can I partner with Workplace Success Group?

Whether you need individual help or you have a team of students or employees, we start with you telling us about:

• Your goal, challenge or performance needs
• The program you are considering
• A description of the audience
• The number of participants
• Possible dates

Once we’ve determined the above information, we agree on the best course of action, then  present an agreement for your review and approval.  WSG will make all travel arrangements or work with your travel agency of choice.

Do you offer coaching services?

Yes.  We provide group and individual coaching sessions.   Our team has a limited number of one one-on-one coaching slots available. Individuals must apply and be accepted to participate.

 What topics does WSG programs cover?

All our programs are based on four key characteristics to becoming a successful employee. They are professional skills, communication, leadership and followership.

 How long are the programs?

Our programs are designed to meet the needs of each client.  The length of the program will be determined after meeting with the client and exploring the challenges and methods needed to help you achieve your learning and performance objectives.

Where does Workplace Success Group conduct training and consulting?

If we can get to your location via train, plane or automobile, we are available to work with you.  The WSG team has worked throughout the USA, Caribbean, South and Central America, Europe and Africa.  We will be happy to travel to your location to meet your needs.

Does Workplace Success Group accept credit card payments and purchase orders?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  If a purchase order is best for your transaction, we will be happy to accommodate you.

What is the fee for WSG services?

Your investment in your professional development is priced according to the type of services that are necessary.   We offer a variety of products and services,  trainings, keynotes, coaching, books, webinars etc. We will examine each client’s unique circumstance and agree on a solutions package. Does Workplace Success Group have diverse supplier certificate?

Yes we do. We are certified through the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council.  We can also register in your company’s supplier diversity program.

We are an educational institution with a limited budget, is there a way for us to save on your fee?

Yes, you can save on our fee when you book us to present more than one program on the same day,  multiple programs over a few weeks or months.

Can you provide references?

Yes. Please email us at  info@workplacesuccess.com  for a list of references you may contact.

Can we take photographs, videotape or audiotape your presentation?

Photographs, audio and visual recording are permissible provided that your organization obtains written consent prior to the event and a copy of the material is sent to us within two weeks of the presentation. Audio recordings and  visual recordings must be for internal use only, and not resale.
